01 — Booking Policy
All appointments made through our platform are subject to availability. Athens @ Maxwell reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments in coordination with the client to ensure the highest standard of service.
02 — Service Excellence
We are committed to delivering elite beauty artistry. Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
03 — Cancellations
As a courtesy to our artisans and other clients, we request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
04 — Acceptance
By utilizing our booking system, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a mutually respectful and professional environment for all patrons of Athens @ Maxwell.
